EkkoSense will be carrying out essential maintenance on its UK and US platforms starting at 08:00 BST on 09 April 2026.

This maintenance will include bug fixes and performance improvements.

During the maintenance window, EkkoSoft is expected to remain operational with normal functionality. However, you may experience intermittent room irregularities while the work is in progress.

Once the maintenance has been completed, we recommend clearing your web browser cache to refresh your user session and ensure optimal performance.
